Promotional Offers Any special promotional item(s) received for either discount or no cost from this web site in conjunction with regularly purchased items must be returned along with the regularly purchased non-promotional items. RETURN POLICY -- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Care department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email to info@Cartridgesupplier.com. All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a Cartridgesupplier.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package beneath our return address and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip. If the original receipt or copy cannot be included, Customer Care must be contacted prior to the return for instructions for providing an alternative proof of purchase. No RMA number is issued after 60 days from date of shipment. Please contact our Customer Care department for complete information. All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge's capacity as purchased. NO RMA WILL BE ISSUED FOR INK REFILLING KITS AND REMANUFACTURED INKJET CARTRIDGES MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.
